Nice to meet you!
I’m a life & relationship coach because I get to combine all the things I love to do and be. I get to support authentic feeling and expression and growth in my clients. For this, I am truly grateful.
I’m incredibly lucky. Because:
I work with incredible people (like you)!
I form meaningful connections on a daily basis, and support my clients as they peel back the layers and reveal who they really are, where they want to be and what they want to do.
I get to be myself and use all of my personal and professional experience to serve others, (this is my favorite part).
I love what I do and I do what I love. And, on top of that, I’m good at it.
My life ROCKS.
I decided to get professional coach training when I realized that I was already coaching in my professional life as an artist manager. Supporting people in their personal and professional growth was the part I loved most about every job I’ve ever had. Working with performing artists and small business owners I’ve worked with some of the most giving, creative and sensitive people on the planet.
Helping my clients discover what really matters to them, uncover the reasons WHY they do what they do and build bridges to get them from where they are to where they want to be.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Long Island, New York, and since then have called South Florida, Manhattan, and now, Tel Aviv my home. I coach Millennials in their lives, relationships and businesses - making it all work without any part paying the price.
I am living proof that you have the power to change your mentality, transform your relationships, attract the right people into your life and build healthy boundaries. I’m no stranger to personal development and believe in all the healing arts. I’ve worked with many types of wellness professionals in the past including therapists, life and business coaches. I’m a dedicated yoga practitioner and owe much of my personal growth to my yoga journey from novice to teacher. I’m an ever-evolving human. Looking at life through a holistic lens is how I discovered my strengths, achieved empowering self-love and found a profession that I don’t see as work.
I’m a dreamer, always have been always will be. And I love to support others find their dreams and make them a reality. I’m a master brainstormer and prioritizer and can take you from feeling completely overwhelmed and stuck to feeling like you can do it, one step at a time.
When I was 20 years old, I watched theThe Secret. (I know what you’re thinking - but keep reading). Watching this film and reading the book got me to reflect on the mental patterns I had created as a teenager. I realized that my pain came from my own negative thoughts, and the loops I would find myself in were 100% self-inflicted. The Secret showed me how I could change it. I decided to take responsibility for my happiness. I realized that this way of thinking was something I had learned and therefore, something I could unlearn if I stuck with it.
I had been through some traumatic experiences and I’d even been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and prescribed medication. A few months into taking it, I understood that it was my thoughts that made me feel sad and that I could change the way I reacted to the negative experiences.
This realization was so liberating that to this day (over a decade later) I see this idea as a main thread of my world perspective: I take responsibility. If I’m happy or sad, this is my doing, it is in my control. Victor Frankl said it well:
This new way of thinking supported me throughout important and difficult transitions in my life including moving to a new country and breaking off my engagement.
If I had to choose one thing that I want my clients to learn from our work together it’s this: YOU are capable of being as happy as you choose to be. With a deeper understanding of yourself & others, the right tools and a healthy lifestyle, you can feel however you want, whenever you want.
